Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Realtor Oxygen. We value the trust you place in us and are committed to transparency in all our business dealings.


1. General Policy

All payments made to Realtor Oxygen for any of its services — including but not limited to project marketing, consulting, training programs, mentorship sessions, or brokerage services — are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once a payment has been made and the service has commenced, it is considered final and non-reversible.


2. No Compensation or Liability

Realtor Oxygen does not provide any form of compensation, reimbursement, or liability for delays, dissatisfaction, or changes in scope once a service has been initiated.
Clients are advised to carefully review the proposal or agreement before confirming and making payments.


3. Service Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel a booked service before it begins, please notify us in writing at info@realtoroxygen.com.

  • Cancellations are accepted only if the project or service has not yet started and no resources or time have been allocated.

  • Realtor Oxygen reserves the right to approve or deny such requests based on the progress and commitments made.


4. Exceptional Cases

In rare and genuine cases (such as duplicate transactions), a partial or full refund may be considered solely at the discretion of management after review.
Such refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 working days through the original mode of payment.
